Disappointed Grandma

First off, I was led to believe these PJs ran true to size. My grandson just turned 6 and I ordered a 7. The pants were plenty big but the top looked like a 5-6. Secondly I inquired about an exchange and never received any response from your company. This was time sensitive as your policy is for 30 days only. We just celebrated our Christmas on the 31 st as my son is a Firefighter and had to work Christmas Day and several after. Never will I do business with this company again.
